We strongly believe that everyone should learn how to recognize and avoid a dangerous situation, and have the tools needed to defend themselves and escape if need be. We understand that you may have reservations, questions, or may have taken a self-defense class before and feel that you "can handle yourself". Let us show you what ESCAPE ALIVE is all about.

As an introduction to the ESCAPE ALIVE-Survival Skills program we offer a FREE 30 Minute Personal Safety Clinic (a small travel fee applies; only available in the greater Waterbury, CT area). That's right, FREE! Why? Because we believe that much in the program. There is no obligation on your end.

The Free 30 Minute Safety Clinic is an introduction to Self-Preservation and the aspects of your life that can make you more susceptible to a violent crime. The clinic also presents some unique self-defense techniques that can help you to be safer and fight off a predator. The presentation is professional, interactive, and requires little space. The physical aspects of the clinic can be performed wearing regular office attire.

The clinic is held right at your home, office, or event. You can even schedule it during lunch. Again, there is no obligation on your part. The clinic gives you and your group the opportunity to learn some life-saving tips, while at the same time giving us an opportunity to meet you in person.
