was able to re -learn some of the moves that I learned when I did
Karate, but learned new moves and was excited to hit the pads trying
them out. But also, I learned that you must overcome the pain to
achieve the team goal. If one person fails, you all fail and must
restart. You must push yourself and your teammates to achieve that
common goal. Mind over matter. Right before we would like do the
knuckles drill or something really challenging, I would visualize
being somewhere else, like on a tropical beach, and it helped me
