STRIKE-FIT™:
A combination of "Boot-Camp" calisthenics and a variety
of training techniques used by combat sports athletes. Usually taught in one
hour sessions, the STRIKE-FIT program builds overall fitness through:

At the
heart of the STRIKE-FIT™ program is
"Combat Sport Training".
You don't have to be a "Fighter" to benefit from the training techniques
of fighters. This program incorporates
movements and techniques from a multitude of Martial Arts, Boxing, and Mixed
Martial Arts.
STRIKE-FIT is a Group Personal Training Program,
not Cardio Kickboxing.
     
The program uses positive motivation, one-on-one attention, and varying
intensity to improve the participant's overall fitness level. Participants learn
proper technique and actually work with striking pads for the combat sport
training portion of the class. STRIKE-FIT is a
progressive program that builds in both intensity and techniques in each
session.
STRIKE FIT is designed to be held at your location, bringing fitness to you and
your employees or group. Our goal is to make increased fitness simple, easily
attainable, and as convenient as possible. Statistics show that people are more
likely to stick to a fitness program if it addresses the aforementioned areas.
