STRIKE-FIT™ CROSS-TRAINING (SXF) takes it to the next level! Taking into
consideration your specific sport, the program is designed to enhance and
reinforce your team's training either on or off season. Participants are put
through a rigorous combination of training methods to enhance speed,
reflexes, power, hand-eye coordination, endurance, and most importantly
mental fortitude. The difference between the average athlete and the top
athlete is the ability to push through physical and mental boundaries!
SXF™ is
based on Combat Sports Training tweaked to address areas unique to your sport.
It incorporates:

Interval speed training
- Plyometric, Isometric, and
Isotonic exercises
- Body-weight resistance
training
- Full body flexibility
training
- Actual Combat Sports Training- Movement and
Striking Drills
Programs are custom designed
taking into account your specific goals as a coach. Whether it is explosive
power, superior core strength, animal-like reflexes, or building inner
strength to get the job done, SXF will give your athletes an edge on many
levels.
The SXF program is run at your
facility. We provide the trainers and any special equipment needed to run
the program. The number of sessions is up to you and your overall goals.
A bonus of the SXF program are
the combative sports and self-defense skills that are the backbone of the
program. It is not the same old training routine. Participants actually
learn techniques and theories they can use to protect themselves, created
and taught by experts, not just fitness instructors.
