ECTS FIT-LIFE programs available depending on your situation and
individual needs: FIT &
TONED, FIT-TONE-BUILD, and
FIT-LIFE SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING.
Each combines exercise techniques to improve flexibility, balance and
coordination, cardiovascular health, strength, and appearance. In the
process your mental well-being will also improve.
In
FIT & TONED
and
FIT-TONE-BUILD we bring you back to basics; you don't need an
expensive gym membership and a truck load of equipment. Minimal equipment is
used to provide you with a fitness changing experience. Your body and the
motivation to increase your fitness level is really all that is needed (with
the exception of FIT-TONE-BUILD which requires only a set of adjustable
dumbbells).
There is
new fitness equipment put on the market everyday, save your money and time. The
goal of the ECTS FIT-LIFE program is to teach you how to eat and how to
exercise. No counting calories or dieting, just good eating habits that are easy
to follow and accessible to anyone. A new you is truly within your reach!
►FIT & TONED™:
The FIT & TONED Program is
for individuals and groups. 30-45 minutes, 2-4 times a week. It can be run at
your location, whether at home, your office, conference room, or other common
space, with total body fitness in mind. Learn general eating habits that can
keep you trim and well-balanced (not a nutrition plan, just common sense). This
program increases flexibility, and tones and strengthens all major muscle
groups.
►FIT-TONE-BUILD™: The FIT-TONE-BUILD Program takes the FIT &
TONED Program to the next level. The main difference is the addition of
resistance weight training in the form of adjustable dumbbells (available at
most sports stores, they take up little floor space). 30-45 minutes, 2-4
times a week. A minimum of one set of dumbbells per 2 participants is needed
for this program to work effectively.
