East Coast Training Systems (ECTS) specializes in on-location training in the areas of
Personal Safety, Fitness, and Martial Arts. ECTS was established in 1996 by
owner Drew Serrano. Programs are customized to address specific areas of
interest or concern. ECTS offers the following original programs:
It is a fact that Martial Arts and Physical Fitness
training can improve your overall quality of life in many ways; from improving
your health and mental well-being, to building self-confidence, to increasing
your overall safety. Our mission is to make it as convenient as possible for
everyone to benefit from the programs we offer. Instead of you having to come to
our facility, we come to you! We bring all the required equipment, all of our
head instructors have a minimum of 10 years experience, and we are fully
insured.
East Coast Training Systems is run by the team of Drew
Serrano and Daniele Silva (see "About Us" for more info). Having been involved
in Martial Arts and Fitness for a combined 45 + years, they have built a strong
relationship with instructors and trainers from not only the CT and Tri-State
area, but across the United States and abroad. Their experience, combined with
this wide-reaching network, enables ECTS to provide a professional service in a
variety of Self-Defense, Martial Arts and Fitness related areas.
